If you have prepaid fees directly to PDF-ace for a paid Subscription that PDF-ace permanently discontinues prior to the end of its period, PDF-ace will refund you the pro rata part of such prepaid fees for the period after such discontinuation, and in such case, your Account and billing information must be up to date in order for us to refund you. PDF-ace has no liability to you, nor any obligation to provide a refund to you, in connection with the internet or other service outages or failures that are caused by the actions of the authorities, other third parties, or events beyond our control.
To use our services, you must register for an account on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update your information if it changes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
PDF-ace offers monthly subscription plans for API usage. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee based on the plan you select. Subscribed Services will auto-renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the subscription before the auto-renewal. If you do not cancel the Subscription in such due course, your chosen payment method will be charged the then-current renewal price for the upcoming defined Service period. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time and will notify you of any changes in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by signing into your account and following the cancellation instructions. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription in case of cancellation.
We reserve the right to terminate your subscription and your access to our services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, violation of any laws, regulations, or policies, or for any other reason, we deem necessary.
PDF-ace owns all intellectual property rights related to our service, including but not limited to our website, API, and software. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.

In any case, the total aggregate liability of Darsh Web Solutions arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms shall not exceed what you paid to Darsh Web Solutions during two (2) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such liability and shall not include attorney fees or court costs irrespective of any laws or statutes that may prescribe otherwise. You acknowledge that the amount of fees payable by you to Darsh Web Solutions hereunder reflects the allocation of risk set forth in the Legal Terms and that Darsh Web Solutions would not have entered into the agreement with you without the limitations on its liability contained in this section.
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. We always seek to address your concerns without needing formal litigation. Before filing a claim against Darsh Web Solutions, please try to resolve the dispute amicably by sending us a written notice of dispute that includes your name, a detailed description of the dispute, and the relief you seek. We will try to resolve the dispute by contacting you via email. If a dispute is not resolved, you or Darsh Web Solutions may bring a formal proceeding.
You and Darsh Web Solutions agree that any judicial proceeding to resolve claims relating to the Legal Terms will be brought in the courts of India. Where permitted under applicable law, you and Darsh Web Solutions agree that each shall only bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action. Unless both you and Darsh Web Solutions agree, no arbitrator or judge shall consolidate more than one person's claims or otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
